Douglas Ingram


Doug Ingram is currently the President of QueueLogix, an integrated solutions partner delivering sophisticated and sustainable business processes and engineered revenue cycle solutions to healthcare organizations. QueueLogix, and its revolutionary software based product, EventCare, allows healthcare providers to tackle many of their most pressing challenges for the mandated progression from fee for service environments of today to value based care environments of tomorrow. Doug’s background and career has centered on environments and verticals characterized by complex work flows and processes that can be radically improved through the use of innovative and sophisticated enterprise software solutions. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Ingram has started and been involved in several software-based enterprises all with a singular focus on the use of business process management oriented technologies in complex, mission critical environments such as healthcare and supply chain. The result of his entrepreneurial pursuits in these environments includes his development of unique applications, technologies and processing methodologies for several businesses that have resulted in rapid revenue acceleration and industry accolades. Most recently, before the acquisition of his latest startup company and his work with QueueLogix, Mr. Ingram served as President for a healthcare software and services entity that was twice recognized by INC magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the US. Mr. Ingram holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia with additional certificates in database design and architecture from University of California, Berkeley and Oracle Corporation.

Justin Wilson


Justin R. Wilson serves as the Director of Communications and Business Strategy. Mr. Wilson oversees internal and external marking, communications, creativity, and design while lending expertise to the development of business plans and strategies. He began with ScribeAmerica as an outside consultant contributing to recent branding and marketing efforts, including the design of a new ScribeAmerica logo and both printed and digital communication. Mr. Wilson obtained his Master in Public Policy and Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. During his graduate studies, Mr. Wilson served as Director of Marketing for the Values-Centered Leadership Lab, a student run organization dedicated to exploring and encouraging ethics-based leadership principles in business. Mr. Wilson completed his undergraduate work at California Baptist University, earning his B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in History.

Michael Murphy, MD


Dr. Michael Murphy is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of ScribeAmerica, LLC. He co-founded ScribeAmerica in 2004, and it is now the country’s largest and most successful medical scribe company with a staff exceeding 7200 employees operating in over 46 states nationwide. Today, ScribeAmerica is the recognized leader of the medical scribe industry and remains at the forefront of professional scribe education, training, and program management nationally. Dr. Murphy served as an Army Ranger for the 1st Ranger Battalion in Savannah, Georgia, which allowed him to gain various leadership skills along with the ability to develop standard operating procedures. He applies this to his daily duties for ScribeAmerica. Dr. Murphy has been a leader on multiple issues including scribe policy, hospital throughput, electronic medical record implementation and optimization of provider to patient ratios. His goals are to continue making all medical practice locations an environment built for an exceptional patient experience that allows providers to focus solely on patient care. Dr. Murphy received his Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University and completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark. He has co-authored one textbook and is involved in 3 peer review articles.

Sarah Lamb


Sarah Lamb is a native of Southern California. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. After becoming ScribeAmerica's first employee and supervisor, Sarah placed her pursuit of medical school on hold indefinitely. Within two short months, Dr. Michael Murphy and Dr. Luis Moreno welcomed Sarah as part of the ScribeAmerica Executive Management Team. Sarah led the company's growth from infancy and now holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. Among other achievements, Sarah contributed to the development of the medical scribe industry's leading scribe curriculum. She has nine years of experience with EDIS implementation and works firsthand with nearly two dozen different EMR's. Sarah specializes in overcoming the challenges posed by EMR and CPOE implementation. Sarah prides herself in changing the quality of life of hundreds of emergency medicine providers and plans to continue to do so, one "click" at a time.
